How to return a product to us
At Medi-HealthCare our goal is your satisfaction. Any uniforms purchased online that are not to your satisfaction may be returned within 15 days from date of purchase by shipping them back to us at Medi-HealthCare 401 Bartow Road Lakeland Fl. 33801.
A 20% restocking fee will apply regardless of the reason for return.
If you decide to ship them back to us, you must first contact Medi-HealthCare at 863-686-0300 to get an RGA number (returned goods authorization) and this number must be on the outside of the package or box as well as a copy of your purchase invoice placed inside your box. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED AFTER THE 15 DAY GRACE PERIOD. The only exception is for manufacturers defects and any shipping costs incurred are not refundable.
ALL THE LABELS MUST STILL BE ON THE PRODUCTS BEING RETURNED AND ANY ITEM WORN, ALTERED, SCUFFED, WASHED, EMBROIDED, SCREEN PRINTED, DAMAGED OR DIRTY WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED. Items should be in original condition and shoes cannot be scuffed or show signs of wear.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can also return them to our location in person within 15 days at Medi-HealthCare 401 Bartow Road Lakeland Florida 33801 for an equal dollar value exchange for any item we have in stock or an in-store credit that can be used for in-store purchases only. For exchanges, you will need to place a second internet order. Returns will be issued to the same card used for the order a few business days after the item is received.
1.) What if I order online and need to exchange the size or color out?
If you are needing to return an item for an exchange of any kind, it is treated the same as our return policy.
Please verify size, color, and style before placing your order to eliminate a possible 20% fee being deducted from your return.
If you are close to our store, you may come in to return your items. If we do not have what you need in-store, an in-store credit can be given or the 20% fee will apply to the return. To purchase the correct item, you will need to go back online to place the order.
If you live farther away and can not visit our store, you will need to contact us to verify your items and receive a RGA number for your return. It is your responsibility to mail the items back to us. The 20% fee will apply to the adjustment, & to re-order the correct item, you will need to place the order again online.
